Bertrand Deleuse
Founder & Managing Member
Bertrand Deleuse advises ventures, corporations, family offices and project sponsors on growth, capital strategy and transactions, drawing on 27 years of experience in international finance, entrepreneurship and financial leadership.
His career encompasses work on more than 100 transactions, investments and strategic partnerships representing over $16 billion in aggregate value across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Earlier M&A roles at Rothschild & Co., Lehman Brothers and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein informed his approach to deal structuring, negotiation and financial engineering.
He subsequently brought this experience to C-suite and advisory roles with businesses pursuing environmental and social impact, including a recent tenure as CFO of a precision indoor agriculture company. His renewable energy experience spans more than 900 MW across project development, financing and M&A.
Beyond EEP, Bertrand serves on the advisory boards of Live to Love and Alimentary Systems. He is also co-founder and CFO of Three Roots, a wellness company bridging ancient Tibetan medical wisdom with modern health practices.
An upbringing in the Alps, early work with marine biologists and longstanding meditation practice shape his commitment to environmental stewardship. Bertrand lives in New York and is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish.
